In this week’s episode, Steph and Brett interview the ‘papa bear’ of paleo, Dr. Loren Cordain. We were lucky enough to catch this awesome guy in between his many travels, to find out what he is up to at present, as well as all the great work he has been sharing for decades. Dr Cordain has been doing lots of great research for the past 20 years, and is currently looking into autoimmune disorders, something that we are discovering to be the cause of a great deal of chronic disease. An episode not to be missed!
