gspn.tv - Pursuing A Balanced Life

gspn.tv - Pursuing A Balanced Life
The Pursuing A Balanced Life podcast was originally launched in March of 2006 as the “My Crazy Life” podcast. The original concept was for this to be my, Cliff Ravenscraft’s, audio journal. It was simply a place for me to share my thoughts on any topics that were on my mind where I didn’t already have another podcast devoted to those topics. In May of 2009, I made a decision, after nearly 400 episodes, to rebrand and rename the podcast to Pursuing A Balanced Life. Over the years, it became obvious, from the feedback I was receiving, that this podcast had become extremely inspirational to people as they followed me on my personal journey of finding a balance between my focus on my career, my desire to be a great husband and father, my desire to become more physically fit and healthy, and to live a life of faith. — Cliff J. Ravenscraft

Healthy Mind Fit Body

Healthy Mind Fit Body
This weekly podcast is based on the book by the same name, found on http://www.healthymindfitbody.com that explores both the nutritional and psychological sides of weight loss, fitness, diet, overall health and longevity. The three pillars for achieving your perfect weight through the mind/body connection (found in the free bonus audio on our website) serve as the basis for our discussions of food, exercise, and dieting. Essentially, by attaining the correct knowledge about how food types can affect your bodyfat percentage, you'll be able to make much better choices that serve your long-term interests. By exploring your inner continent--your subconscious mind--you'll gain a degree of self-knowledge that will assist in ending self-conflict (being at war with yourself). And by looking at your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a new more effective and efficient way, you'll be able to heighten your motivation to create the optimal you! — Kevin Koskella and Wes Bertrand | Fitness Healthy Mind Fit Body Nutrition Consultants
