I am a Flexitarian (meaning I eat meat/fish - just less of it) who has discovered how eating a more plant-based diet can improve my health. I love nothing more than watching netflix and vegging out with my favs - roasted sprouts, peppers, broccoli and hummus. I'd love to play a part in motivating you if you are interested in increasing the amount of fruit and veg you eat.
