As deportation has drastically decreased in the last years of Obama's Presidency, some would say he has had a change of heart. The President now is taking steps to change the so called "wet foot / dry foot" policy. After all the progress between the United States and Cuba with Obama in office, the President is now saying Cuban migrants are no longer welcome. This coming with only one week left of his Presidency. "Effective immediately Cuban nationals who attempt to enter the United Stated illegally, and do not qualify for humanitarian relief, will be subject to removal consistent with U.S. law enforcement priorities."
