A GIANT VICTORY FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP! The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear the governmentâ??s appeal of lower court rulings blocking the immigration order from taking effect nationwide. NATIONAL SECURITY ANALYST: Dr. Herb London, is president of the London Center for Policy Research and the author of the new book, Leading From Behind: The Obama Doctrine and the U.S. Retreat From International Affairs. COURT GIVES TRUMP SOME "The court also granted the government's request to reinstate part of Trump's travel ban, which would affect people from Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen. As a result of the decision, people who do not have a bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States would be barred from entry. People who can show they have a relationship to a person or entity will be allowed to enter the country. The order would be effective within 72 hours. Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito, along with new Justice Neil Gorsuch, Trump's nominee to the court earlier this year, wanted to lift the entire ban."
