In this episode I talk about advance dieting techniques and how its best to keep it simple when you are in loosing mode. I also talk about a crust-less Pizza recipe.

Crust-less Pizza Casserole 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes - 19oz turkey Italian sausage (I used Jenny-o brand) - 2 tsp. olive oil - 1/2 tsp. dried oregano - salt and pepper to taste - 12 oz. fresh mushrooms, Sliced - 1 1/2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese - Turkey pepperoni - Any other topping you like on your pizza.

  • Preheat Oven to 400
  • Remove Casing from sausage, Brown Sausage on stove (use olive oil)
  • Spray nonstick spray in a 8X11 pan
  • Line bottom of pan with a layer of browned sausage
  • Add a layer of the diced tomatoes (drain and rinse tomatoes first)
  • Add a layer of Sauteed Mushrooms
  • Add a layer of pepperoni (and any other topping you want to add)
  • Sprinkle with Oregano
  • Top it off with a layer of Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 25 minutes
