Cindy Ashton is an award winning speaking and presentation coach. Having major health issues in youth, Cindy was not expected to live beyond her teens, but always had a massive passion for music and performance. She pursued an education in these fields and paired it with kinesiology to best care for herself. She was able to realize that stress played a part in performance and began to help clients understand performance from a more natural space.
