Donna Lakinger is the owner of Donna Lakinger Health, a health coaching company focusing on extreme results, not extreme measures. Donna believes in balance, not restriction. She has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies, and is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Precision Nutrition Level 1.
