He has a Master's Degree in Literary and Cultural Theory from Carnegie Mellon University. He worked for twelve years at the Carnegie Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. Scott Simmons, Rob Johnston, and Margee Kerr talk to Tom about his inspiration, process, and of course horror. The city of Pittsburgh is front and center in this sci-fi horror.
