Mike Zourdos is an assistant professor at Florida Atlantic University and is the director of the muscle physiology lab there. What he doesn't know about muscles isn't worth knowing and Eric Helms is a PhD Candidate studying Strength and Conditioning so he knows S&C inside out. Eric is also a body building coach with a focus on Science based coaching.
