Today Lawrence is joined by SBS Coach, SBS Academy Tutor and Lift the Bar Mentor, Stuart Aitken.

It's a historic episode as Stuart is our first ever Scotsman on the pod. Lawrence and Stuart actually recorded this while holding hands over Hadrian's Wall.

Stuart is here to discuss the importance of being evidence based and how it might be really important to PTs, but not that important to clients.

Quick audio quality note. Lawrence's mic inexplicably goes a bit odd towards the end of the show, sorry guys.
