This week Brett interviews historian and Associate Editor at the Journal of Evolution and Health Hamilton Stapell. Hamilton brings a fascinating perspective to the Paleo movement due to his background in history, in particular studying social movements. Hamilton talk about the Physical Culture Movement of the late 19th and early 20th century and how similar it was to the Paleo movement of today, he talks about the decline of the Paleo movement since its 2013 peak and also where he thinks Paleo will go in the future.
