This episode starts off with some criticisms of a YouTube fitness video and then quickly gets into a goldmine of insights related to designing a lifestyle where all of the pieces empower the other pieces. This makes consistency, which is the number one thing men and women struggle to achieve, damn near effortless. I also answer a question related to whether or not I think boot camps, P90X, CrossFit, etc. are "bad" activities. You really won't want to miss this episode. I think it will bring a TON of clarity to your thinking and understanding of the Rebooted Body approach. Of course, I'd love your thoughts on this episode. I'd especially love to hear from female listeners regarding the "curtsey lunges", "booty" talk, and the seemingly endless appeal to dainty, soft, and somewhat stereotypical approaches to fitness aimed at women.
