Today we’re talking about self-care. Many people neglect their own self-care because they misunderstand it to be selfish, so we want to take the opportunity to shift your mindset. If we neglect our own needs, we risk deep levels of unhappiness, low self-esteem, resentment, overwhelm, and burn out. Self-care makes you more effective + capable in your life. When you feel taken care of, there is an immeasurable, positive effect on those around you. In today’s episode, we’re giving you the 5 pillars of self-care and helping you see how essential self-care is in becoming more confident with food + your body.
