Carolyne Prevost may be one of the best all-around athletes in CrossFit. Not only has she competed at the Games, but she has also won 11 national championships in four different sports.
She has competed in soccer, taekwondo and professional hockey, and she currently works as a high-school math, science and physical education teacher.
She spoke with Sean Woodland about the benefits of being a multi-sport athlete, her hockey career and how she’s helping students—especially girls—build self-confidence through fitness.
