From the agricultural revolution, to industrial, to the chemical revolution and beyond, humans have been obsessed with making things more convenient and efficient, but at the sacrifice of tradition.

Buying meat from grocery stores is one of those conveniences that is actually causing more harm than good. Yes, more people have access, but the meat they have access to isn't helping them or anyone else. In this episode, I dive into how we can actually support the people raising the animals we eat at our meat, and how that ultimately allows us to save more money in the long run.
