Today I sat down with Vijay to talk about how he went from studying a law degree at Sussex Uni to being a kickboxing instructor.
Then during the planning of his wedding, Vijay was diagnosed with a condition he had never heard of Called "Ulcerative Colitis..."
He takes us through how this radically changed his life and how it took him over a year to come out and tell his family that he had the condition and what this meant for his life.
