We often times focus on moving--running, working out--to build our muscles but we don't often build up our internal muscles. I have been teaching workshops on how to do this for some time and would love to share this powerful information with you. We'll focus on matching our beliefs with our actions, building our love for ourselves and others that matter to us most, and setting boundaries to stay true to who we are to live a congruent, wholehearted life.
