As a FitPro, you spend a LOT of time planning amazing exercise sessions for your own clients, but have you given much thought to what working out for you, means to YOU? Do you ever find yourself working out, then later realise that you’re just doing the same types of exercises each and every session, and not really progressing? Do you have “FitPro exercise goals” of your own that you want to achieve, but something else always gets in the way of you getting closer to them? Whilst it’s definitely difficult to fit personal workouts in in between classes and PT clients (we lead busy lives!), but special guest on the Pelvicpreneur Podcast this week is Janey Sattentau, and she’s here to chat about the importance of exercising and making time to do so, as a FitPro. Janey’s a great role model for fellow FitPros to look up to; she shares her reasons why working out takes priority for her; and she has tips galore about how to make YOUR exercise sessions fun and challenging for both the brain and the body. Pop your earbuds in, get a dose of inspiring motivation here today, and enjoy!
