Our clients always say "I will never be the kind of person who doesn't want to eat the whole ______ (cake, bag of chips, container of candy, box of cookies, tub of ice cream etc.). And here's the thing - we used to say the SAME THING! But now, our lives are so different thanks to learning food freedom and intuitive eating skills.
