In this episode, Phil and Greg are joined by John Wilson, who is an executive coach with over three decades of experience helping financial advisors take their practice to the next level. He is one of the first coaches at Sea Captain Coaching who was brought on board due to his talent, ability, character, and energy. John has a passion for songwriting and his songs have been used in TV shows, films, and ads. Through trial and error, plus working closely with producers, he has created amazing music that came from nowhere out of his head and he also wrote the music for the introduction to this podcast.
John has extensive experience in the financial services industry, working both at a corporate level and with Field Force. John enjoys coaching teams because of his ability to quickly break down barriers between team members and establish trust.
