We have all done it. We have all started something and not finished it. We have all felt super motivated and watched that motivation evaporate (quickly) into thin air. Believe me, I have had this happen to me many times. But, what I have learned from that experience is that knowing what traps lie ahead of me, actually allows me to avoid them and keep moving towards whatever it is I want to accomplish.
