In this episode I will give you 5 ways to stop self sabotaging yourself especially after a toxic relationship. The only way to truly let someone go is to admit and accept your attachment to them. However, do you realize the true cause of your attachment? What does the toxic person give you or provide that you will miss having when they are gone? This could be anything from love to acceptance to respect to validation to physical memories. Start practicing self-love if it's love. If you work on that lack love, acceptance, validation, you will come to terms with the fact that the purpose of that person in your life was to realize that you have to work on those things and help come back to your true authentic self.
