In this time of more technological advancements than ever before, I think we all need to better grasp how technology can help working moms. Since our lives aren’t getting any simpler on their own, I think it’s important to embrace how technology can help us streamline and simplify our busy lives.

For example, imagine a typical day where you're rushing to get the kids ready for school, responding to work emails, planning meals, and somehow trying to find a moment for yourself. It's a familiar scenario for many of us, and it's during these hectic moments that technology can become a helping hand.

Since most of us cannot afford to hire a personal assistant but could probably benefit from having one, I want to explore some tech-savvy solutions designed to make your life easier, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your family and your well-being.

This week on the CPA MOMS Podcast we discuss time management apps and tools, meal planning and grocery shopping apps, educational and entertainment apps for kids, and health and wellness apps for mom.
