The Art of Embracing Expansion: Moving Beyond Overwhelm
Manage episode 420396633 series 3416117
It's time to get real, raw, and vulnerable!
In this episode, I share the next level I am reaching for and the internal "challenges" that are cropping up as I step into it. Overwhelm is a big one. Reflecting on my feelings, I realized this overwhelm wasn't due to the busyness of my schedule or the demands of my responsibilities. Instead, it stemmed from my internal dialogue. I kept telling myself that I wasn't doing enough, that what I was doing wasn’t enough, and that I needed to be doing more. This constant pressure and self-criticism fueled my feelings of overwhelm and stress. Newsflash: this is an indication of my expansion! If you can relate and want to more seamlessly step into your next level, this episode is for you!
