Today I share in detail what I’ve learned about feeling off track vs. on track in my life. I talk about what each state looks and feels like to me, how I’ve learned to differentiate the two, and what I’ve come to discover that each state is showing me. And I discuss how I’ve learned to respond to each state in beneficial ways.

This episode was published as part of my Creating From the Inside Out podcast but because it is so relevant to the subject of listening to our horses and listening to ourselves, I decided to include it on today’s episode of Riding From the Inside Out, along with an added introduction explaining how this all can affect our horses.
