In the 53rd episode of the Historic Performance Podcast, I interview Dr. Corey Peacock. Dr. Peacock is an Exercise Physiologist & Performance Coach for the BlackZilians.

Approximately a month ago, Dr. Peacock reached out to me after being featured The Vision Board Podcast and Total Human Optimization Podcast. He told me that he was a huge fan of the podcast and wanted a platform to share his ideas regarding wearable technology, strength training, and energy system development for MMA. I gladly accepted his offer.

In this episode, Dr. Peacock talks about strength training, energy system development, recovery methods, and fight preparation for MMA fighters.
