Women make up roughly 50% of moviegoers, and yet it's taken decades to get the most popular female superhero onto the big screen. With so much anticipation many people have walked out of their Wonder Woman screenings, including myself, feeling a rush of emotions. Sterling joins me to discuss what that experience was like for her, the process of her embracing feminism, and what impact it has on young audiences to be able to see a little of themselves in the heroes that inspire them.

If you have feedback for me, you can email me at mailanotherthing@gmail.com and find me @AnotherXtian on Twitter and Instagram. Subscribe to the show on your podcast player for future episodes or stream them online at AndAnotherThing.show

Sterling does not want you to follow her on social media or in real life, but she does ask that you leave a review for this podcast instead.
