Andrew McBarnett FCMA CGMA, is a coach, a bestselling author & serial entrepreneur, with a background in finance as he is an accountant by trade and in this episode, we learn the tips, tricks, and strategies that Andrew personally used - which I know you will all resonate with (in terms of business development, personal development, among others).

In this episode, Andrew shares how important it is to tailor your product according to what the market specifically needs, especially when no one has addressed that need yet.

Andrew also talked about how important it is to offer outstanding customer support, as your customer service may set you apart from your competition.

We also discussed about how (in business) if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

Andrew also shares some points he practices when the business is not performing as expected, as such:

  1. Find out where is the problem.
  2. Once the problem is found, figure out WHY it is happening.
  3. Create models and scenario plan, then choose the most viable one. Have a plan, and set targets.
  4. Execute the plan. Do it right!

Lastly, Andrew shares his views on work-life balance, and how he deals with it!
