When you think of bringing more adventure to your life, of exploring your surroundings and fully immersing yourself in life experiences – what do you envision? Close your eyes and imagine you’re at a mountain peak, feel the mist brush your face, the weight of the altitude on your lungs, and see the fog clear before you. It’s a long, scary drop down. Will you take a leap and jump forward or will you take the less dangerous dirt path down? Rob Harsh, an adventure coach, cancer survivor and soon-to-be author, will tell you why taking either – the leap or the path – is the right choice to make.

Rob has been leading and guiding others in business, outdoor adventure, and personal growth for over 20 years. He’s an extensive world traveler and as a certified mountain guide, search and rescue operator he works with adaptive athletes and injured veterans in the outdoors. Rob’s also a professional coach, and an expert in supporting people and helping them make positive shifts in their lives to live in alignment with who they authentically are. His greatest challenge came a couple of years ago when doctors diagnosed Rob with stage four lung cancer with just a four percent chance of survival, in which he was in full remission for after only a year. Get to know Rob’s incredible life-journey as he strives to give back to others through inspiration and adventure through his coaching, writing, and guiding.

Adventure’s waiting, in more ways than you can possibly imagine.

Key Takeaways:

Your newfound profession. Are you sitting at your desk and pondering over your passion? Dreaming of the life you wish you had and only serving as a spectator? Be gone, self-doubt! Become a creator, learn to trust your intuition, and take courage by knowing THIS…[07:30].

Your reborn consciousness. Rob has developed seven pillars of practice developed after 20-years of world traveling and exploration. Pillars of practice can bring more clarity and an enormous amount of energy in your life. Out of the seven, learn this ONE powerful practice to help you embrace the utmost fulfillment…[18:51].

Your white flag. An unexpected health diagnosis, a sudden death, an unforeseen or unplanned job loss – how can you accept current life events and surrender to their profound gravity while still embracing them? The answer isn’t easy, but it’s doable. The ONLY thing you need to remember to survive, surrender, and thrive is…[30:34].

Tune in and turn the volume up for a dose of inspiration and life lessons. You're never more than One Idea Away from a whole, new reality.
