What do you think are the biggest obstacles for people when it comes to accountability?
Not accepting the help when you need it/being stubborn. Feeling lost/confused/unmotivated.
How can we overcome these obstacles?
ASK FOR HELP. It’s scary but sometimes you have to do it. Define your why, the reason you’re trying to do what you’re doing. What is the end goal? What will it get you? How will you feel?
What steps do you recommend getting a routine in place?
Figure out the way that works best for you, first. Some people like planners, other people like Google calendars.
