Today, Jane welcomes five-time Golden Globe Nominee Marilu Henner. Beloved as the irrepressible Elaine O’Connor Nardo on the classic sitcom “Taxi," Marilu is the star of the new Hallmark movie series, “An Aurora Teagarden Mystery,” and a recent contestant on Dancing with the Stars, where she showcased her incredible energy and physique. While talent and hard work were obviously instrumental in her continued success over the years, Marilu also attributes her amazing and enviable longevity to her super healthy lifestyle. To that end, she is a New York Times Best Selling author of books on health, parenting, memory and self-improvement. With it all, though, life still threw a curve ball to her and her then new husband, Michael Brown, over a decade ago, when he was diagnosed first with kidney cancer and subsequently with lung cancer. Now, to help raise attention to Lung Cancer Awareness Month, Marilu and Michael will discuss the inspirational book they co co-authored, Changing Normal. In it, and with Jane, they share lifestyle tips and talk about how they stood together in the face of this disease---and triumphed.
