Recipe: Turkey, Mushroom, Tomato, Green Chile and Onion Stirfry (Feeds 2)

For tonight's recipe, you'll need:

  • EQUIPMENT: 1 lg pan, cutting board, 2x sharp knives, can opener
  • BASICS: olive oil, salt, pepper
  • MEAT: 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • PRODUCE: 1/4 lb sliced white mushrooms, 1 yellow onion
  • CANS & JARS: 1 hefty tsp tomato paste, 1 10 oz can tomato sauce, 1 12 oz can diced tomatoes, 1 6 oz can diced green chiles
  • ADD'L SEASONINGS: cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, oregano
