On this first episode of 2019 Lucy Doubleday from Inspired Health Collective is joining me. Lucy is a fully qualified personal trainer with a passion for women’s health and wellness. Lucy’s time within the industry has gifted her with experiences in different fields of education both personal and professional, that have enabled her to develop her philosophy on health within the industry.

Lucy knows that no two bodies are the same, each of us are unique, we have our own blueprints, different genetic makeups and different psychological behaviours which is why Lucy takes an individualised approach to her coaching.

Lucy is passionate about educating women on proper exercise techniques and helping her clients to overcome resistance to change by using a structured approach (and I can vouch for this!). Lucy’s aim is to support her clients to figure out what they want to achieve and what has been stopping them from doing so. She then works with her clients to create a plan for action and her focus is to empower facilitation rather and prescription.
