What is your ACE Score? Visit https://mazeoflife.org/ace-score/ to take the short 10 question test. Tonight I am going to discuss the stunning link between childhood trauma and the chronic physical diseases people develop as adults, as well as social, mental health and emotional problems. If you, or someone you know, suffers from heart disease, lung cancer, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, depression, violence, being a victim of violence, alcoholism, drug abuse, obesity, rheumatoid arthritis, suicide ... this show could shed a light on the situation.
