SHAKE THE SNOWGLOBE.
So often, we talk about the importance of discipline in order to reach our goals.
But doing the same thing all the time can keep us from living in the present.
We have to find a balance.
We’ve got to dance with routine and freedom.
So how can you keep your mind in the now?
Every night, do something unexpected. Travel. And constantly put yourselves in situations where you don’t know the outcome.
On today’s episode of The School of Greatness, I talk about the importance of new experiences with a talented futurist and artist: Jason Silva.
Jason Silva is an Emmy-nominated and world-renowned TV personality, storyteller, filmmaker, and sought-after keynote speaker and futurist. Jason is known for hosting 5 seasons of the Emmy-nominated, global hit TV series Brain Games on the National Geographic Channel, which is broadcasted in over 171 countries.
Jason says that we need to ask each other the questions we’ve been asking ourselves. Let’s talk about why we’re here, and how to find meaning.
