On a sweltering summer day, a very pregnant Daphne braved the LA heat to sit down and talk with Catt in her bedroom. The two discussed Daphne's struggle with her weight in college, the importance of making health a priority instead of an obsession, and of course, Daphne's famous father (Dr. Oz, the health and wellness expert).

Daphne and Catt also got candid about parenting, pregnancies, and the lessons they have learned from their children - many of which Daphne shares in her own podcast, "Mom Brain."

And, in this episode, Catt shares intimate details about her own family history and her desire to create new traditions for her sons.
