Finally a break in the energies of the universe, ahhhh. We had so many retrogrades going on last month it’s a wonder we got anything did. Actually, now that I think about it, I am not sure I did. Oh well! December is here and it’s time to share joy and laughter with our family and friends. The energies this month will help us with that too.

We are getting ready for something really big in January, energetically speaking. This is a great time to start a morning or evening ritual, so when the “big bang” hits you will have a practice or two to keep you rooted. Right now my favs are breathwork and morning pages.
