The Mega-Beast Death-Match [MBDM] (sometimes called the Super-Animal Death-Match) is an interactive, voter-driven competition pitting scientifically altered bestial battlers against one another in pretend fights to the death. It is presently entering its fifth “season” (AKA distinct year of unique beasts and associated podcasts).
Cast Macabre runs a wide range of stories from all around the world. Some have classic supernatural tropes, others just take the every day to the extreme, some make you laugh, others shudder, but they're all delightfully dark in some way, and all high quality. We've run stories by new and upcoming authours, as well as established writers, such as Tim Pratt, and the Bram Stoker awarding-winning poet, Marge Simon.
