Die Rehabilitierung der nach §175 verurteilten homosexuellen Männer ist staatliche Pflicht. Das sagt der Lesben- und Schwulenverband (LSVD), der seit langem dafür kämpft. Denn nicht nur während des Nationalsozialismus, sondern auch darüber hinaus, in der Bundesrepublik wurden Homosexuelle strafrechtlich verfolgt. Nun gibt es ein neues Gutachten, nach dem diese Urteile aufgehoben werden sollen. Heike Demmel von Radio Z aus Nürnberg sprach dazu mit Markus Ulrich, Sprecher des Lesben- und Schwulenverbands:
