A massive winter storm snarls travel across half the country. This is happening on a day many people are trying to get home from a three-day weekend. Police in the U.K. say they've arrested two teenagers in connection with the hostage situation at a Texas synagogue over the weekend. It's unclear if they're facing charges. Officials say 44- year-old Malik Faisal Akram, a British citizen, was responsible for the stand-off. North Korea resumed a series of ballistic missile launches overnight -- conducting its fourth test of the new year. A CBS News poll shows more frustration with President Biden's COVID response. Only about half of americans in our poll say the president is doing a good job of handling the pandemic -- down from just over two-thirds in March of last year.
