It is an honor to have our first Italian Prosecco producer on the podcast. Umberto Cosmo of Bellenda, in 1986 they founded Bellenda in the gorgeous hills of Carpescia. They have 35 Hectares of vines and produce around 30,000 cases from their vine. We throughly enjoyed interviewing Umberto and learning about Prosecco and what it takes to make these amazing bubbles!
