The Runologie Podcast is a fun conversation for everyone, from the novice to the elite, who are interested in races, run clubs, individual pursuits and the Triangle community at large. Hosts Joe Ovies, Alex Warren and Brent Francese bring an entertaining spin on a variety of running adjacent topics, talk to guests about their own goals, occasional tips, and happenings in Raleigh and Durham.
We’re Adam Price and Jesse Paddock, and this is our podcast Fan’s Notes. Basically, it’s us yakking about two of our favorite things–books and basketball. Each episode will feature us discussing one of our favorite books, and then segue into some aspect of basketball (usually NBA-related but not exclusively.) We’re hopeful that the two will resonate in some thematic or aesthetic ways, but if not the conversation should still be lively.
Our goal is to foster a discussion about transit and transportation in Raleigh. We cover a range of topics, including sidewalks, streets, cars, bicycling, greenways, parking, rail, buses, and more. Some of those conversations will be broad while others will dig deeper. Some will be lighthearted and there may be copious amounts of sarcasm and a few jokes. Many of our podcast episodes will feature interviews with transportation officials and also the regular people who use it.

Some generations have witnessed mighty acts and miracles… but when that small group of eyewitnesses dies and new generations come along those mighty acts fade into distant memory. What if one of those mighty acts were indelibly written into hum…
If you’re looking for ways to cut your monthly expenses, here are a couple of quick tips that will help:1. Look at your home and auto insurance. About a month ago, my company started a joint venture with HUB International, the largest private insurance company in North America. I had them quote my home and auto insurance, and now they’re saving me …
3/22/2020 – Just Mercy – Part Three – Irreparably Lost Time Psalm 89. In so much of life, it seems too long before justice and restoration arrives. It can make things seem hopeless. The remedy for this hopelessness is to remember Christ’s Kingdom is already arriving here-and-now, and a day is coming when Christ will set all things to rights.…
