The 'Kindred Spirit' are a group of seven friends who met in their freshman year at Briarwood College. The girls have all sorts of difficulties during their sophomore year. Allison won't be able to come back to school because she has no money. A new girl comes to college and doesn't fit in. The girls have other troubles and triumphs.
