Humans have five (5) senses: touch, sight, hearing, smell, and taste. These senses send information to the brain to help us understand and observe people and things around us.

Who is the first person you speak to as soon as you open your eyes in the morning? Is it your wife, husband, sister, brother, or friend? Don’t be afraid to answer the question, be honest.

What is self-blame? Self-blame is one of the most toxic forms of emotional abuse.

Scars do not define you but a remind of where you came from. Use them as lessons learned.

Have circumstances of life caused you to walk around with a fake smile? Is it because you are over burden with the problems of life? Tell God your burden and trust him to help you. He will restore your smile.

Trust is the bridge that connects relationships. Trust opens the door to forgiveness and creates an understanding of any shortcomings or behaviors. Without trust, a relationship will fail.

A relationship is a close connection between two people, or groups. The Value is the fundamental principle that govern a relationship. Values such as respect, accountability, commitment, trust, communication, empathy, to name a few.

We all encountered storms during life’s journey. This episode will encourage us to trust God to guide us through it.

You cannot use old ideas and experiences to fight new battles.

Sometimes we have to face our enemies face-on. We have to stand up and fight.

What should you be doing when faced with a battle? And what position should you take when faced with a battle? There is a time to fight and a time not to fight, but just to sit it out and let God fight for you. You must change your position to receive from God.

Do you have battles to fight that leave you physically, mentally, and spiritually drained? Do you have enemies to fight and you don't know what to do, where to go, or how to fight them? Well, I am here to tell you that God will help you. He is saying to you, my son and daughter, let me help you. I will fight your battles for you.…

You don't have to fight every battle that comes along your way.To walk away from a fight is a badge of honor.

People can be rude, disrespectful, and mean causing you to lose your joy. However, you must be determined not to allow them to steal your joy.

Joy is a feeling of positive emotions that comes from within. Don’t let anybody take it away from you.

Are you feeling lonely and don't know who to turn to? You are not alone. God is able to help you.

Today's words of encouragement are to embrace your scars. They are there for a reason, therefore use them to help others.

Sometimes it is good to be quiet and listen to your inner thoughts. We are so busy with everybody and everything in life. There is a time for everything under the sun.

If we don’t deal with our past behaviors and habits they will eventually derail our present and future.

1 Thessalonians 5:18 - "Give thanks IN every situation because this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."

We should give thanks “IN” everything, not “FOR” everything because this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus. 1 Thessalonians 5:18. There is a big difference between those two words.

You are God’s gift to the earth for the season; not only for the Christmas season but for all seasons.
