It exposes the learner not only to Yorùbá language in meaningful situations but also to the culture of the Yorùbá-speaking people of South-western Nigeria. It contains effective techniques for teaching and learning Yorùbá including tones, and is userfriendly in its approach.
 
Meditation at the Hammer sessions are led by Diana Winston, Director of Mindfulness Education at MARC, and by guest leaders. Each week has a different theme, and usually includes some introductory comments, a guided meditation, some silent practice time, and closing comments.
