The Corps aims to keep the basin informed about reservoir operations, current and forecast weather conditions and reservoir release plans. Congressional delegation members and/or representatives, Tribes, state governments, county and local officials and the media participate on each call.

Gathered from around the world, and placed throughout the garden and Climatron, Niki works include nanas, animals, heroes, and totems, ranging from four to 18 feet tall. Some weigh a ton or more, such as the amazing six-ton skull.
