A Cache County teenager who pleaded guilty to plotting with his friend to shoot and kill 14-year-old Deserae Turner has been sentenced up to life in prison. Prosecutors say Jayzon Decker was the first to suggest hurting the girl and then kept the shell casing from the attack as a memento.
