This is a community for those who are trying to run their first 5k or run their best ever 5k! I was a very competitive 5k cross country runner in high school, but that was many moons ago! Now I have made my way back to the sport of running in my late 30’s (36 to be exact) with the goal to run my fastest 5k ever by the age of 40.
