David Dobson is not your average 86 year old.

Recommended to us by BestMe Radio host, Carl Hammington, David Dobson is fit, active, sharp and inspired at 86 years young.

When most people expect to be sitting in a chair, and likely in a nursing home, Dobson can be found training with Carl five days per week, travelling the world, working on projects and charitable causes that inspire him and essentially doing as he pleases.

Now isn’t that what the 100 Not Out lifestyle is all about?!
